Description

If you send an email to osticket 1.6RC4 using charset like ISO-8859-1, all specials characters like é ù à € are replaced by '?'.
If email charset is UTF-8, no problem.

You've to fix that and send me patchs files. No FTP access to server because it's a server into my local network.
