hello

i have a oscommerce shop running on php5 and mysql5.

the shop ran find on my old server php4 and mysql4 but since the upgrade I have a problem with one part inparticular.

I am using cc.php to process the card details but when the card presented is invalid the user is redirect to the following url...

https://www.domain.co.uk/checkout_payment.php?payment_error=cc&error=The+first+four+digits+of+the+number+entered+are%3A+9999+If+that+number+is+correct%2C+we+do+not+accept+that+type+of+credit+card.+If+it+is+wrong%2C+please+try+again.&cc_owner=Paul+Jones&cc_expires_month=04&cc_expires_year=14&cc_start_month=03&cc_start_year=04

the "&'s" are being written incorrectly, they should be...
