Description: I have two issues with my osCommerce. The first is with my USPS module. While it lists both parcel and priority options for my customers, when they go to pay it defaults to Priority and will not let them alter it.

The second issue is bigger, this needs a permanent fix. Someone did a temporary fix for me about 5 weeks ago and obviously, it was not enough. I currently have this error:

1226 - User 'frostfis_p_os1' has exceeded the 'max_questions' resource (current value: 50000)

select seo_url_get, seo_url_org from seo_url where seo_url_key = '4baee010b38f467d575271015e3d5826'

I had a similar problem before, so I need this fixed permanently.

I cannot sit online and IM you as you work, I need this done independently. I do not understand how most of my site works so I am of little help.

First thing can be handled easily Second can be hosting load issue or db storage engine being used in mysql. So can do this.
