Description:	We require an osCommerce Contribution written that allows our customers to get a discount off specific items when certain items are purchased. Eg. Buy Product A and Receive 10% off Product B, Product C, or Product D (not a discount off the entire order) For Customer: - See a list of current promotions (showing promotion name and description) - See a list of products for a given promotion once they have placed a qualifying item into their shopping cart (link from shopping_cart.php) (The list should show products with normal price, discount and new price) - product_info.php should show normal price, discount and new price when they have a qualifying item in their shopping cart - index.php should show normal price, discount and new price when they have a qualifying item in their shopping cart For Administrator: - set up promotion name and description Eg. Surf Board Promotion, 10% Off Surf Board Accessories - add/remove qualifying products for a promotion - add/remove entire categories as qualifying products for a promotion - set up multiple promotions - add/remove products to be discounted for a promotion (must handle multiple products) - add/remove entire categories to be discounted for a promotion - set promotion as percentage off (Eg 10%) or fixed amount off ($50) - set start and end date for a promotion - warning message shown if a product is added that is currently part of another promotion What is also required: - adding/removing discounts depending on customer adding or removing the qualifying item Eg. If customer removes the Surf Board from their shopping cart then the Surf Board Accessory should have it's discount removed - calculating discounts at shopping cart level (not at checkout stage) - function with modified osCommerce running SEO URL's - compatible with IE and Firefox - all work must be documented Seeking programmers with strong experience with osCommerce only. Must show examples of work. Good communication skills essential.
