CodeIgniter Development

Looking for a talented CodeIgniter programmer to develop a module to allow users to upload document(s) and store it in a unique folder on the server. The document can be in any file format except executables, and scripts (ie. exe, bat, vbs, etc). Once the user uploads a document, a record of the transaction is saved in the database along with their name, email address and generated password.

Requirements:

CodeIgniter 1.7

Linux (Any flavor)
PHP5+
MySQL 5+

Template Library (http://www.williamsconcepts.com/ci/codeigniter/libraries/template/?v14) for views

Smarty Parser

Deliverables:

Fully tested and working code that is logically separated into controllers, modules, and views.

Source code must be fully documented, with proper phpdoc documentation.

Adhere to CodeIgniter's PHP Style guide http://codeigniter.com/user_guide/general/styleguide.html with the exception that this project DOES NOT have to be backwards compatible with php4.

All SQL scripts must be in MySQL InnoDB format
