Description

Need coding for an online newspaper. I already have the graphics for all the pages/elements (in illustrator vector) - css and layout code, mysql and any other neede code. A CMS is required; video upload streaming and photo galleries from the editors; newslleter; forum; no user accounts needed. Time pressure - online this year.
