Description

Easy (small project) - Appointment scheduler program to be built to distribute to my clients as a php application that can be loaded onto their hosting server and work with MySQL database. Needs to be clean looking, ability to change color of tables and text, small calendar to scroll through months and dates to make appointments - click on date to then select an available time slot - then will be able to enter in Client Name, Phone Number and Reason for office visit. Submitted appointments should be "on-the-fly" - ability to send automatic confo email to both patient/client and admin in addition to an automatic reminder email that gets sent to patient/client 1 day prior to appointment date. This program should allow backend admin access to manage appointments (edit, delete, add) and ability to manage confo & reminder email messages, integration instructions (code snippets and where to place them in the PHP document to function properly. Should resemble Basic Scheduler at http://graceschedules.com/basic.asp but in PHP (not .asp). This program should also come with explicit instructions on installation of this PHP program onto a server and integration into a webpage. Backend admin access panel should resemble ease of usability resembling http://www.comdevweb.com applications. Need this program to be hacker-safe!!! Please email me with questions.
