I am looking for someone to make some modification on a web based office management program. This is how it works, staff enters data, and admin run the report by selecting which ever date it shows up in the admin section ( it shows up all the entered dates)


staff enter their report twice a month . we should force them to enter only between dates (1 - 15 , 16 - month end ( depend on which month)) . i have already 3 section, ( front desk, dispensary , clinic ) i need to make few changes in those three sections, and also need to create two more pages ( low vision and summery )
the existing program used automatic date population in the drop down box, i dont want that. It doesn’t work sometimes. So i dont mind staff enter their dates manually. (twice a month, first one 1-15 , 16 - month end)

once staff login, he/she will see last times entry, plus option to enter new entry.

when admin logs in, he will seee all five sections, lets say he selection front desk, he should see all the entry for the front desk by dates in that page. if he just select one entry (hyper link), he will have an option to edit/delete. if he select multiple dates, he can see the avarage/sum of those dates. Attached files include the snap shots of all the page, plus new design in excel sheet . if you see bold letters in the front desk, dispensary, clinic pages, that means those needs to be included in the new design.

please ask all the question before you place your bid, I am also looking for someone who is reliable and loyal, not like the one i selected last time for this program. the guy was good at the program but when i had trouble with dates 3-4 weeks later, he said he is busy. Now I am stuck with a program which doesn’t work properly due to very minor problem but very crucial – this guy set up date comes up automatically on Sunday’s date in the dropdown but like I said 3-4 weeks later it shows up Saturday, or Friday. See, I initially wanted every Sunday to be the first day of data entry. Since I realize it doesn’t work, I want the staff to enter date manually but force them to enter following format ( 1-15, 16-month end) . I am very disappointed with this dude , beacuse first I thought he was really good at PHP and he seemed very friendly, I even gave him a small bonus, but he turn out to be one of disappointing Hume being I ve experienced over the internet biding sites. But I learned very valuble lesson, anyways, ASK ME any questions before you place the bid!!
