Description: I need very simple SMF Mod with README and install instructions for users...(my english bad)

This mod only need to add short html code/link bellow "</textarea>" for reply/new posts/poll/quick post and that is all...I know that this is few minutes job for somebody who know how to write SMF mods and I know that I can do it but I never checked how SMF mods working and I don`t have free time to do that...

Same mod I`ll need for other forum software like phpbb, vb, mybb....and if you know how to write same for them we can talk...
