I wanna upgrade a vbulletin forum from version 3.6.3 to 3.7.3 (the last version).

The Vbulletin is used as a torrent forum and tracker and it uses XBT module... I need the forum to be upgraded and 100% functional.

The budget is small here, no more than $60.

The project will be awarded to the lowest bid.
