Description

Hello I have a real estate listing site that I need to make a couple of small changes to as follows:

1. Currently when a user lists either a "motivated seller property" or a "wholesale property" the listing will automatically not only post in their respective pages on the site but also the 10 most current of each will post on the home page as well.

What I would like to change is basically have my wholesale page (which currently has its own tab and page) be the home page and I no longer want the most recent 10 listings of each to be on the home page.

That's it.

2. I simply need to change text where it says "price" I want it to say "Retail price" but only in a couple specific areas when you edit or post.

Thats it Thats the whole project. Should be simple and quick for those who understand it.
