Description

modify the mapit program to display large map in separate window and allow users to request large map to be displayed in one of two methods:

1. visit map - using country flags as it is now put up a flag for each city that has visitors

2. using colored dots as follows:
a) green=majority city yes votes,
b) red=majority city no votes,
c) blue=city wide tie

the ability to toggle between method 1 and 2 is important. In other words, the user can view visits or votes by changing a simple toggle.

The small map will be displayed with the message. When the user choses to enlarge the map, it will be enlarged in a pop-up window centered over the normal window.

It is desired that the normal window be darkened when the pop up window is displayed.
