Description

We are looking for an expert in Kayako support and SugarCRM for the following work

We have various Joomla sites, CRM using a version of SugarCRM and Kayako suite and we would need help for integration :
- integrate nicely kayako into joomla (wrapper) / changing skin (see example : http://backoffice.esoterica.pt/suporte/index.php)
- Configue forms in jomla to link directly into CRM (we are using chronoforms but there is a web-to-lead form feature in CRM). Basically we ned data in forms to be automated in CRM
- General help in CRM configuration to have everything configurated for use with customers and suppliers.
- help on ecommerce link
- help on streamlining workflow for clean management of support and sales.

Please do not bid if no previous direct experience in kayako, SugarCRM and possibly Joomla (we have joomla knowledge if needed)
Please advise exemples.

This should be a clear work for developers used to integration between front and back office.
