Description

I need the cutomization of a ikiclassifeds site to include some language changes in the site,insert compulsory terms of service page.

make url more seo friendly

correct several script issues

create editable links in footer

insert meta tag keywords

and change several rules of the script

create a postback script for ccbill payment system and integrate into site (currently setup for paypal which must be removed)

example of site is ikiclassifieds.com (multicity version)
