Description

I wish to have image files (in most cases "favicon.ico") to be converted to 16x16 .png images and saved to disk. The code for finding the icon exsits and now we need to convert it. the icon file is not always saved in .ico format so therefore is it necessary to be able to convert the most common file formats to .png.

I can have this done within the day. Images will be made into a PNG file from the following: JPG/JPEG, GIF (non animated. if animated only the first frame is taken.), PNG (to resize to 16x16), and any other file types you wish to use.
