Description

I am Currently re-working a site so its valid html/css and I have a form that users can select optons and then send it via email. Im having trouble getting the form to validate as I think when I posted the job on here it was just threw together quickly. I believe a person with ample knowledge of php will have this one very quickly. I will pm bidders the form in its current state and they can see it.

I need this doing very very quickly. I currently have a ecommerce site upcoming so theres a possibility of future work to the coder if they show they can work quickly and to a high standard.
