Description

I need an anonymous posting script that runs similar to grouphug.us.I would like it to run very similar to the way that grouphug.us does.

It needs a main page that will display the latest posts.

It needs a "random" page that will randomly select some posts from the database and display 15-20 of them.

It needs a search page - so people can search for posts containing a certain word or phrase.

It needs a submit page - which has a simple entry form allowing people to submit posts. The poster should not be asked for any personal details, and the post should be sent to a moderated area (in some kind of admin section) to be moderated before being displayed.

We need the option to create any extra pages we need - so an easy to edit interface is a must.

And finally, an rea for ads would be useful in case we decide to expand the project in the future.

Admin features
=====
A moderation feature is required. There should be a way to toggle moderation on and off. When its off, all posts are posted directly. When moderation is on, posts should be moderated by a user group called moderators.

Ideally there should be 3 tiers of users. Normal users who needn't register. Moderators (who moderate incoming messages) and admins who can moderate messages as well as ban by IP or activate/deactivate site features.

As well as a panel to ban IPs



Design
======

The design should be clear and fairly simple. It needs to be fast loading but not ugly. Any advert areas on the site, should run using the same style as the main layout - so that they don't just look like adverts - they look like part of the website.

Server
======

The script will be installed onto a Linux server running PHP 4+ and MySQL 5. Please ensure that anything you create will run to this specification.

Budget
======

We can afford up to $150 for this project. Please note that this means the MAXIMUM we can afford is $150. This is not a complex script to create, so please don't come in with over the top bids. Sorry i am not very wealthy!

Payment
=======

Payment (100%) will be upon project completion only. We will require a working demo set up (on your webspace if you like) that shows the design working to our satisfaction, before payment is made.
