Description

I need a small job done on my site. Members have an option to pay and upgrade their account. However it requires a deposit into the account. I am wanting to give the option to use what may be in the account balance already for the upgrade fees.

Other than that I need to have an image, which I have already made, to show up when each member gets a new pm and am unsure about how to go about it
