If you do not know what this is, do not bid on this. If you do know ffmpeg, you'll know that this should not be a big deal - we just are swamped and I need to outsource this small task. We want a little php function that we can call that will get passed a url to a video and the url of the destination directory. You use ffmpeg (installed on the IIS box we are running on (php5 is on there too)) to capture 3 random image. We will give you a base file name and you will concatenate _1, _2,and _3 onto the name. That's it.
