Description: I have an existing HTML form that uses php and mysql to generate PDF invoices. that works fine.
I need you to: add some features to this existing form. the mysql DB exists, the PDF generating routines exist. I need to enhance a few things, add a new database table, add some AJAX functionality, add a new list view in PHP/HTML. see attached 3 files for a full and detailed description.
