Description: I need php pro who will be able to rewrite existing php engine in order to enable multilanguage support for directory site(need German, French, Spanish, Italian and Russian language support)- full content should be translated and work without any problems. Also want to add comment for each site submitted with rating which visitors can vote for (should be done like stars rating). Need to change the way number of sites are shown at page. Also want to add top of commented sites and top of revied sites. At admin part there is problem with deleting from database and region changing this also should be fixed.Also admin part is in russian I need to make it russina-english at least. There is big existed database so everything should be done in order to keep it's structure while adding new feautures. Link to site will be send in PMB. I want this project to be done fast and in professional way.
