Description

I have a site with about 10 pages that have been created with a table structure, I need them converted into a <div> structure for more precise pixel placement. After the conversion we can cut/paste the php/mysql code from our source page to the new page. There may also be small issues with alignment/spacing that need to be fixed, and/or possibly graphic substitution (like swapping default submit buttons with graphic buttons instead). We will probably also need to edit the css for the pages to make the pages display correctly.
