Hi, I am a software engineer working on php technology and also server related work. As you are saying about trojan virus, Previously I have removed this from many server, So I have also palnned how to keep distance a virus from server. Currently I manage 4 linux server.

I have cleaned numerous sites of various trojans in the past few months. Removing it from the pages is only the first step. You also need to find the sleeper file(s) that when fetched remotely simply re-infects your pages. Using SSH/shell access I can clean it and prevent it from coning back.

If you have linux shell (SSH) to the server, I can do it in a few commands. in only php, I'm sure I can write a script to take all the code out. Let me give it a try! oh, a way to prevent it? well for now, we can setup my script to load every so often, but we have to find the user puting the script on there if there is one.
