- Change AVS Auth back to = True - so we can test it.

- No "Your card has been charged" email coming through.

- On "Your order has been placed" email - ORDER GRAND TOTAL FIELD (%%total%%) SAYS "0"

- Need to be able to add tracking number to order then ship - see attachment.
