Hello I am looking for a website where a member can search a company in perticular industry based on zipcode search. The search should be flexible, it should show results of companies with in 50 miles of that perticular search.2 types of registration for companies ie. free and paid. by default member is free unless he pays the subscription charges. once he pays a money he will get certied member seal next to their listings. Also there should be a option for companies to post their jobs but will be only stored in db not searchable by front end usser, only searchable by admin. same thing for members looking for jobs. they need not register they just have to fill up a form adn the data is store in the db. so when a company needs the employee they will contact admin and ask for the result and pay subscription charges in retrun.Not a big project and can be completed in small period. Budget nothing more than 30$ time limit 7 days max. need to see updates on regular basis. Payment via paypal on complition or escrow.
Wil also get a good review for a good job, so do the project to gain more feedbacks.

Also a need a decent front end control panel where a company can edit details and good admin section where admin can see the companies listed and approve them before thier name goes live. See orders for updating membership, paypal payment intigration. More details upon discussion.
