Looking for someone experienced with this platform.

I need a module to create a directory of business locations by category, with basic info such a business name, address, hours, map, and preferred listing (yes or no). Needs to be searchable by XX miles of US Postal/Zip Code, and display results by proximity to the zip code entered in the search. Directory submissions can be made my users and non-users. Submissions made by logged in users should be manageable by the user that submitted the listing through an admin panel interface. Admin users should have the ability to manage all listings.

This is a rather simple module and should only take a few hours. I don't have much to spend, so please be reasonable with your bid. Thank you.
