I need someone with good PHP and with Zencart experience

I need a facility within Zencart to add a form into a product, using modified attributes within Zencart, or integrating a form processor (I have a fully working formprocessor.php script with instructions which could be used).
The form will create a letter within the Zencart product, which will be passed to the shopping cart as text.
I have a example site which uses the formprocessor (not Zencart)
