Description:	I need 2 things done. The first is to create a BPAY module for Zen Cart. Bpay is an Australian payment method, please do not bid for this job if you do not understand the following: The module will need to do this - If customer selects Bpay module, they will get to a successful checkout page with details on how to pay and an email sent to them. The email will contain the customer details, the total amount purchased, a BPAY biller code (this code is a fixed code which the customer will use with their online banking to pay the bill), and a customer reference number. The reference number is to have a CHECK DIGIT appended to the end of it, and I have the specifications/algorithm to generate this check digit. I would prefer only bids from people who have experience implementing such a system before as I won't be of much help. Transaction details for the customer are to be recorded for review by shop owner/administrator. The second thing I need doing is a module that adds a surcharge percentage based on the payment method they choose (eg, extra 2% for credit card payments). This will be added after choosing a payment method and taken to the final confirmation screen. I need it to add different surcharge percentages depending on payment option (eg, credit card or paypal, etc). I also need to be told what to do if I wanted to change the surcharge. Surcharges are legal in Australia. This is all that needs to be done. I would like someone who will create clean and secure code as it is for an e-commerce site.
