Happy new year to all.

I need the site done today that will upload any video format and convert to flv, I need a player to play those videos, and I want to catgories the videos.

Must be dynamic with a control panel to add/edit/delete categories.

I will not pay until I can see the site done. Payment is guaranteed. Just finish and show me the site from your server.
