HI

I need a script where I can put a youtube url OR enter Search keyword Tag and it displays Few #s of Top rated or Top viewed videos from youtube & when i select the few videos with some check button it should fetch the following data of each video:

1. The video
2. The url
3. The description
4. The tags
5. The category

Step 2: Video Get my watermark on my server ( text or image ) & converted in wmv format

Step 3: Video has to be renamed as my_video_title.wmv & stored on my server folder & Data is to be maintained in Mysql database

Step 4: Display converted videos with title, tags desc etc.. SO that before submission i can manually check if i want to edit it & then submit them in queue for submisson

Step 5: Upload the video to youtube to my differnt accounts after specified # of mins Or hours ( as set in admin)

Step 6: I need User registration & user account panel also SO in case i want to sell few credits or video submissions i can do that from my Webmaster panel

This is phase I of project & after getting this running we'll got for more features

I want to start this Project ASAP .. SO only bid IF u can start in 1-2 days & can complete it FAST

THOSE WHOVE already worked in same project OR have made any of this will be given preference ... PM me the link or demo to similar project For fast decision

ALSO U CANT SELL THIS SCRIPT TO ANY OTHER BUYER OR UR SELF, I'll be the Legal Owner of this script
