Description

Modify current "XML file to wordpress" script.

We would like to add the following...

Timezone post offset

Need to insert current post date/time to wordpress as "post_date_gmt".

Then make the "post_date" offset by +8 hours UTC.

Keyword tagging

Need the ability to apply a list of wordpress tags to a post if the tags appear in the post title or post content. The list of tags would be specified by us in the script.
