Description: Create XHTML template (one page) w/css layers based on attached jpg. Designer will be given illustrator file to work from.

need designer to install on my Joomla site and send me the files before any joomla elements are added as well.

Need work done asap, please advise soonest this could be done.

100% of payment to be made after work complete. will escrow if you would like.

Note: on layout their is a video player, this can be left out.
