Description

I am using wordpress with wp review http://www.wpreviewsite.com plugin as a pub review website and I need the following work done.

"Submit new pub" link added to top menu and form created on sub page so that when user adds new pub if country and/or town do not exist they are added to database and a new category is added as the town name.

Sidebar modified to include search function that consists of dropdown menus. So when a user chooses country from first dropdown only countries in database are listed. The "towns" dropdown with then auto populate with a list of towns in that country that are in the database.
When a town is chosen the category with pubs in that town should open.

I also need to have the wp review removed from cetain pages as it currently is on every page and should only apply to category pages.
