Description

Need expert wordpress programmer to:

Create simple customize header (text only) with already created logo, picture, custom footer and add on sales page blog, main blog, and affiliate section blog) - blogs and plugins are already installed.

Standard pages such as contact us, faq, about, privacy are created need to be linked into header and footer.

Create 2 page survey (15 questions) ( i have backend in ms excel)

Help add getresponse email signup service to sales page

I have 2 other online software services that will be added to the site for product downloads and integration with order process on site.
