Need someone to integrate this design(done in Fireworks) into wordpress

Besides being on the home page, photo gallery and events should have their own pages with more galleries, events, etc.

I know that both of these modules are available, I just don't have time to work on it.

Needs to be compatible with IE6 +7, Firefox. Valid HTML/CSS.
