Description

Please have 2-3 years of experience with Wordpress, and the URL's to back up your time spent developing themes, style sheets, affiliate layouts that include Goog-Ad Sense, Banner rotation, etc.

Be very familiar with Wordpress Plug-ins that involve, e-commerce, affiliates, banners, Commission Junction, Ad Sense, etc.

If you do not have extensive WP experience, we would appreciate your not bidding. If you do have the qualifications, please speak directly to that in your bid.

That said; our Job is quite simple and straightforward.

We are not creating BLOGS. We are creating static pages using WP.

We want ONE Wordpress site——and it can be based on an existing theme——that can act as a template for quickly building multiple Wordpress sites by simply changing the style sheets and WP admin code.

We want the ability to quickly, simply, modify our sites: logo, background colors, font- sizes, colors, kerning, etc, add or remove banners, affiliates, based on what the NEW sites topic is. We should be able to literally create a NEW site in minutes. We are not changing the theme each time, just components of one theme.

There's a list of 8 things/8 actions that need to happen; these need to be done easily, without our having to add code in the WP admin area (if possible, including the banner rotation). We would want YOU to know the best Plugins for: Ecommerce, Banner Rotation, etc. We can install them.

We have our layout (art) finalized. Our spec's are simple. We are asking you to make the admin area efficient, easy and simple to use.

We have bids in the USA (where we are located) for approx: 12-18 hours of work. Please consider this when you bid the project.

We would like to start immediately.

1. We want to see development on your servers.
2. We will put 20% of funds, upon winning the project, in Escrow under your companies name.
3. Upon seeing our first agreed upon milestone, we will release that 20% to you.
4. When you complete the project—within 3-5 days—we will test the completed site, have you make any changes, then pay you in full.
5. You will release the final code/template documented on how to operate and how to upload to our server (if needed.)
6. You will offer us a 90 day guarantee on your work; fix any code or bugs that occur during this time, as a result of your work.
