Description

I need a wordpress plugin or script that can be used anywhere on a WP template to show categories and posts within them in a list. It needs to look similar to the list under "Offerings" or "Industries" on www.tcs.com website. The posts and categories need to be clickable.
The list should appear for a particular category ID, which I should be able to change in the script. The hierarchy should be such:

Main Category in Title like tcs.com where Offerings would be a main Category the category ID for which should be editable:
-Sub-category1
--Post1
--Post2
--Post3
-Sub-category2
--Post1
--Post2
--Post3

The script or plugin needs to be well commented and compatible with wordpress 2.6, 2.7, 2.8+

My budget for this is not more than thirty d o l l a r s and has to be done within 24hrs of my bid approval so please bid accordingly.
