Description

Hi!
I've never used wordpress as a blog and i need some customizing done to the program. Its simple and i'm sure a quick fix for someone who knows the program. I only want someone who has used this blog and customized themselved. So please only respond if you have references on this. I do have a couple of issues with the blog. 1. it isn't allowing us to add a comment as administrators if we check the don't allow comments in the discussion settings (it says admin can over ride this, but it doesn't seem to work). 2. I need it to say Administration Response where it says comments.
