Description

I need a PHP application that will allow SMS sending. I have gateways already. I want the job to look more like sms.superiorinsight.net

Features

 Can be used to store up information inform of address book.
 Contacts can be inserted, deleted and updated, can be further allocated into groups
 Will give opportunity to group contact
 This group will be editable, delete and insert
 Groups can either be updated online or via upload of xls, txt or vcard
 Groups can be downloaded via xls, txt or vcard
 Automatic Text messages and email can be sent to every one selected on birthday date.
 User can select address book contacts (individually or in groups) to either email or text.


Here is case study:

- admin can setup the gateway link
- admin can setup the number free credits
- users signs in with his details (username: mobile phone number and password)
- user has a certain amount of free credits and can send free SMS
- once the credits are zeroed the user can buy more credit
- to buy credit the user will donate a certain amount 5$, 10$, 15$.... trough paypal, other payment mode should be available
- credit is added manually by admin once the donation has been received.
Credit should have an option to be added automatically

I need the application to do the following:
- user can enter to and message field and hit send
Users should be able to personalize SMS
- the application should send these details to the admin account and build the link https://www.mygateway.com/sms.php?from=xxx&to=xxx&message=xxx
- the link will automatically launch a pop-up in Admin browser and after 20 seconds the pop-up should be closed automatically
- the pop-up is launched on the admin’ computer.
- if the admin is not logged in the website will display a MAINTENANCE message.

Simply put, the user is able to fill in part of the link that will launch on the admin computer as a pop-up.

I will provide all pages in CSS and the functionality needs to be added. I will also give a flow chart with the web page structure and a flow chart with the functional description for a better understanding.
