Hai,

I have an article publishing website which I need to upgrade to allow users to publish articles. I have also placed Google Adsense which I need to upgrade also.

Requirements
1. Currently if any visitor clicks on an advertisement the click is activated in the current window. I need to know whether you can edit the Adsense code and let it open in another window. (This is a very important requirement as I don’t want users to leave my website if user clicks on advertisement).
If any one can show me a sample of Adsense example opening in another window it will be a plus point. You will get Adsense code from the webpage source code itself. If you are working with my Adsense codes remember to delete cookies every time before checking. If you need to use my Adsense code I have uploaded it hear: http://www.infygen.com/adsense_code.htm

2. There is no user registration page now. I need to add a user registration page
3. The registered users can post articles of their interest.

There are more requirements which I will discuss with the selected provider

This is the Phase One upgrade. I will place the selected provider for my additional projects.
