Description:	I am looking for a very small script, which grabs a snapshot image of my Ip Camera about every 10 Seconds, and puts it on my Website with automatic actualisation of the image. (Ip Camera has Snapshot possibility "http://Ip-Adress/snapshot.cgi" and it throws out an actual image). the Script should use a cache System, so when more Users are accessing the Webcam simultanuasly, the Script should only use one stream to my IP Cam, to reduce traffic. Also it should print Date and Time of Image taken, and only grab the Snapshots between Business Times, Overnight the Image of 6pm should be shown. If the Camera is not accessible, the script should show the last taken Image with appropriate Time and Date, and show a Warning Message, that the Camera is not Accessible.
