Similar to the concept of http://www.torrentrun.com/ Yet, has a free zone sign-up with a bandwidth cap and download cap set by the administrator.

Except there will be no option to host torrents. This is just a torrent downloader.

The paid membership would 5 GB hosted HD space cap allocated a month and would be paid using Paypal.

The free membership would have 1 GB hosted HD space cap allocated a month. Also, for the free membership . . . The downloaded files from the torrent would expire after a week once the torrent is fully downloaded.

Admin would have the option to suspend any account from the panel.
All new accounts should have captcha and email confirmation.

Free users have the option to upgrade to the premium account.

User interface is programmed by an easy theme system.

Free accounts will be deleted after 3 month of non-usage.

Paid accounts will become free accounts automatically once their membership runs out.

Freelancers should show that they are capable of programming this site before they bid on the project.
