Description

I have created a form that I cannot get the file upload to work and also want to have captcha to secure the form.I know there is just some errors in my code and need it fixed. The form will be going to an email address and photos need to be uploaded and sent to the email address. This project needs to be completed ASAP. See form files I have attached
