Description: This is the site we want to redesign:

It is on a Debian Server, with MySql and PHP 5.

As you see, site's default language is Spanish. Anyway, the words are pretty simple and you can find its meaning in a web translator. An English translation is really appreciated.

The primary goal is to change the site's look. We want something more modern and easy to extend. Initially, we want to keep the actual functionalities.

For example, linkedin dot com is a good design, but you can use other techniques and styles you may have.

We will give you full access to the server and databases.
