Description

This is what i need:

Admin area that contains the following:
add/delete user
manage user
see forms that user have sent in
settings

User area that contains the following:
Name of the user
ability to create and fill out a simple form, and send it in. The form is for entering hours of work. So the user can input how many hours he works, and on which day he works. He needs to input x amount of hours each day, so the form needs up to 31 lines (31 days a month)
on the bottom the hours should be added up, and display the total amount of hours. The user should be able to save the form as many times as he likes, and at the end of each month, send it in. The form should then be sent to an email, and be saved on the users "profile" and in the admin area. The sent in form should be printer friendly. Means that I need to have the ability to design the output of the form.

The system should be able to handle 5-10 users adding 12 forms per year.

I only require a functional script, and design is not needed.

The job should be done asap.
