Description:	Hi there, Please read my Description and make sure you understand it before bidding. I am looking for a serious person to create a secure!!!! and reliable user Accounts management system. This is a Phase 1 out of 59 Phases for this project. The person that will work on this system will also get all 59 Phases as well. I will need to see a sample of your programing coding to make sure that your code is clean and ORIGINAL! all coding functions must of notes as well! This is what I would like to see in this Phase 1: 1. In the admin panel for this system I would like to see a button for Forms. Once I click on forms, I would like to see a button for "User Registration" this form will be what the user sees on the site when they click on "Register" This User Registration must be a dynamic form, so I can add the fields that I need. All these fields must be entered in to a MySQL database and for me to have the ability to "Add / Remove / Edit / Ban" the users. 2. Next under the same category of forms, I need the user login for, which will be the same it must be dynamic so I can add all the fields for the user login. 3. I need to have the ability to create forms and link them on the site. I am not looking for a quick job I need everything to be super clean and you must use the CSS template that I currently have on the site. If your ratings is currently at Zero please do not bid.
