Keeping the design perfectly in tact, coder needs to code login/join on tab at right

Allow members to 'bookmark' articles and blogs, how it works is as they click 'book mark' a link to that article or blog is placed in the "My Account" table on upper right.

members allowed to, by link from My Account table, to submit articles, insert their blog URL, and submit their seo tools and directory

seo database needs to be made, from my admin panel, I can allow members to submit their companies for listing. Same goes with SEO Tools

Listing a tool or submitting their company to directory can be for free, or an enhanced listing that will then go to a paypal page.

Drop down to article categories, blog authors, and forum categories. Random articles shown on main page, along with blogs, seo tools, and SEO Glossary

I need an admin area where I can view all submitted articles and blogs, then from there, I can allow them into the directoryu for the public.
