Description: I am going to transfer my phpBB forum to a new server, and I want the same time to upgrade to the 3.0 RC1 version.

There are a few MODs made to the forum, but these are not very important to keep. The important thing is of course to keep all posts and user stats and so on.

I also want the login to the phpBB to be site wide. That is, that the user may be able to comment on news stories etc. other places on the site, and only need to log in, lets say on the front page of our site.
