Description: Highly simple in php - the rest lay out and html/graphics I take care of.
1. Page one: 2 main selections only - For rent / Wanting to rent
2. Where? Each selection has 26 locations (towns)
3. What? Each town has 3 categories (appartment, house, commercial)
4. Who? Visitor (no registration) fills in only email, phone no., title and a text of max 200 letters of the object to rent or wanted to rent.
5. The submitted contents appear (after admin approval) on the lower part form again (4.)

This is really not complicated and for a good coder a walk through the park. No graphics etc. just black and white text has to be delivered.
