Description: I am searching for person who can make web site for available accommodation exchange for owners of apartments.

The owners of touristic apartment sometimes during high season have apartment occupied for specific period of time but some other owner of apartment have apartment available for same period.

If tourist contact the first owner he should go to our web site,
write in to database specific period of time the tourist want accommodation, specific region,city, tape of apartment and so on.
The database should find the other apartment owner who is available for that period.

Basically the owner of apartment are writing into a database when the apartment is available and when is not and the system is matching
available apartments.

This is basic idea, we need someone who can help us to brush up this with details and make it functional on web.
